Beyond The Ordinary

A consistent top producing agent who closed nearly $20 million in 2007, real estate professional Pam Charron is hitting the Sarasota market with the same unwavering drive and commitment to customer care that have earned her accolades, respect and loyalty among her colleagues and clientele. Born and raised in New Hampshire, she has relocated her business to the Gulf Coast region, where she looks forward to continuing to flourish in her profession.

As a co-owner and partner of a nationally-recognized lighting manufacturing rep agency in the Northeast, Pam honed her negotiation and sales skills, traits that have proved invaluable in her work as a real estate agent. Her move into the field came, she says, because she sought something more than just a successful sales career. “I wanted to contribute to something greater,” she explains. “In real estate I have the opportunity to help people achieve their goals, and to add value to every transaction I represent.”

Early on, Pam cultivated a niche within the high-end home market, regularly representing clients in the sales and purchases of fine homes. Her dynamic, high-energy approach, coupled with the experience and knowledge necessary to represent luxury real estate clientele, have proven the ideal foundation upon which to build her thriving business. Fine Homes International certified through Prudential Real Estate, Pam understands the unique needs of her luxury real estate-oriented clientele. As such, she offers a concierge level of service that is designed to maximize each client’s time, and enhance the experience of buying or selling a home.

As a listing agent, Pam utilizes a comprehensive marketing and advertising plan tailored to each home she represents, ensuring high visibility for all of her listings. A strong networking strategy has enabled her to forge alliances with some of the nation’s top real estate professionals, who help market her properties to prospective buyers around the country.

Pam’s dedication to her clientele is matched by her commitment to remaining at the top of her profession.  Her designations, she says, which include certification as an Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Certified Residential Specialist and Trans International Referral Certified, are of significant worth to her business and her clientele. “I value my time and only pursue professional development where I feel that there will be a benefit to me and my clients,” she notes. Her performance speaks for itself: Pam counts herself among the top 3% of Prudential agents to earn the Chairman’s Gold Award, and she already ranks among the top 5% of her market in units, based on the Sarasota Association of Realtors®’ MLS data.

Understanding the value of incorporating technology into her fast-paced business, Pam is tapped in to the latest tools and marketing techniques to ensure that she is readily available to her clientele and colleagues, and her properties are kept in high visibility. Her efforts have earned Pam membership in the prestigious Top 5 in Real Estate group, a membership network of leading real estate professionals who offer their clients exceptional service and up-to-date information.

A busy professional, Pam holds strong family values and enjoys spending time with her husband David. She is an avid animal advocate, and is regularly involved in efforts to raise funds and awareness for organizations including the Humane Society and the ASPCA. “I have a compassion for animals, and am proud to be a voice for those who can’t speak for themselves,” she reveals.

Tapped into the local market, Pam is an active member of the Sarasota Association of Realtors® and the Chamber of Commerce. She enjoys Sarasota’s cultural arts, fine architecture and glorious beaches, and appreciates the opportunity to sell the area’s enviable lifestyle. “I love it here!” she enthuses. “There is a wonderful diversity in real estate, culture and people, and it’s exciting to be a part of this community.”
