Gail Shane, Realtor® Liaison for Neal Communities, was recognized by the Sarasota and Manatee chapters of the Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR) for her outstanding contributions in 2009. The Sarasota WCR named Shane “Humanitarian of the Year.”  The Manatee WCR awarded her the “Honor Circle Award.

“We commend Gail for all of her hard work, enthusiasm and motivation and we are pleased she was recognized by both these fine groups,” says Pat Neal, president of Neal Communities.

Last year Shane was named the Manatee WCR “Humanitarian of the Year” where she was recognized for her hands-on involvement in the “My Community Makeover Project.” Also last year the Sarasota WCR awarded her the “Member of the Year” designation in recognition of her numerous chapter activities.

Shane is a member of the Manatee and Sarasota Associations of Realtors and has earned the Master Certified New Home Sales Representative Professional (MCSP) designation from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). She received her Florida real estate license in 2002 and joined Neal Communities’ sales team in 2004.
