lakewood-ranch-logoMinto Communities And Paradise Homes To Build In Lakewood Ranch.

LWR Communities announces two new homebuilders; Minto Communities and Paradise Homes of Sarasota.

Minto will build two model homes in the Country Club East’s Hazeltine neighborhood. Paradise Homes will construct their model home in Country Club East’s Leopard Creek neighborhood. Both builders are planning to complete their model homes in plenty of time for seasonal traffic.

“In addition to new builders,” said Milt Flinn, president of Lakewood Ranch Communities, “Hazeltine and Leopard Creek are adding amenities to some of the reasons we believe that customers will want to call them home.” Hazeltine will have a pool, cabana and butterfly garden by the year’s end and Leopard Creek will feature a lakefront gazebo, puppy path and nature observation area.

A Canadian-based family owned firm, Minto built its first home in 1955. Since then Minto has developed into an integrated real estate development, construction and management company, providing a vast array of products and services throughout Canada and Florida. Minto’s Florida operations have been headquartered in Palm Beach for the last 25 years. Their commitment to customer service in the Palm Beach market earned them a Top 3 JD Power and Associates national ranking.

“Lakewood Ranch is an ideal fit for us and for the high standards we have for home building,” said Michael Belmont, Minto’s executive vice president. “We focus on truly customizing each home to the buyer’s exact needs and wants. It’s a formula that works well, and we are very enthusiastic about bringing our product to Lakewood Ranch.”

Paradise Homes is a division of Extreme Remodelers of Sarasota, a versatile turn-key firm offering “single source construction.” The innovative concept of “single source construction” allows clients to view and select all products required for new construction in one convenient location. Furthermore, it offers extensive price savings from Paradise’s exclusive product partnerships allowing the savings from these direct vendor relationships to be passed on to the customer.

“Of course we always have the ability to design a custom build from scratch if that is desired,” said Jim Butler, president of Paradise Homes. “But most people prefer the value that our simple process provides.” All of the Paradise Homes finish levels include as a standard; Viking appliances, Wood-Mode and Brookhaven cabinets, Franke plumbing fixtures, Hinkley lighting fixtures and many other exclusive brands.

“We are pleased to have builders of the caliber of Paradise and Minto in our community and they are a great addition to our quality team of builders,” said Flinn. “With the improving market and the great Lakewood Ranch brand, more than 20 public and private builders have expressed an interest in building in our community. This allows us to be very selective. These and other new builders on the horizon will be quality additions to our team. We only want the best for our residents.”
